TUTO AI is an artificial-intelligence tutor built for students in Moldova, created by the team under the guidance of Glia Impact Hub and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova (AFAM).
Most tools of its kind hand over a finished answer. This one uses the Socratic method instead: it replies with questions, and keeps asking until the student has reasoned their way to the answer themselves.
The distinction is the entire point. A tutor that answers produces copying. A tutor that questions produces thinking.

Bengaluru, October.
The team travels to the Technovation World Summit in Bengaluru, India, in October 2026, to pitch live on stage before an international jury.
They will be competing against the strongest young technologists in the world, and they will be doing it as the only European team in their division.
The team that reached Bengaluru came out of a national cohort that started far wider, drawn from rural and urban Moldova alike.
Technovation supplies the curriculum. What Glia adds around it is the part that is easy to leave out: leadership sessions led by Moldovan women who run businesses, and one-to-one mentoring for every team through the season.
The programme runs as part of Glia’s Innovation pillar, and it is there to do more than teach an app framework. It is there so that a sixteen-year-old in Moldova finishes the season believing a technical career is an ordinary thing for her to want.
